Many workers in the public sector have faced psychological and emotional challenges, work challenges, relationship challenges, money challenges, family pressures over the past year but thankfully some help is now at hand thanks to the Big Lottery and government funding.
Nottingham Life Coaching, a registered charity based in Nottingham, has been given a grant to support people who have been adversely impacted psychologically by COVID 19 and the lockdown.You may have had problems with work, with money with relationships etc. Contact us for support.
We offer a number of different provisions: counselling, coaching, CBT, NLP and hypnosis for better sleep.
We are also here to listen to you. Talking can make things a little easier.
